Personality and Aptitude Questionnaire

As part of the application process, candidates must also complete our personality and aptitude questionnaire. Click here to begin the questionnaire.

Click on the “Candidate/Applicant” link. When it asks you how you were referred to the site, choose Centennial Group from the drop down box. The questionnaire should take you about 45 minutes to complete. Please note that the OLAS portion of the test is timed. There are 35 questions in this section. Completing this questionnaire in no way obligates you. Please do not log off during the timed portion of the questionnaire as it will affect your results. The firm is notified by email upon completion of the questionnaire.
